1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the phtya platform at phtya.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and phtya. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
Using the platform — including registering an account, placing a bet, playing a game, or making a deposit — constitutes acceptance of these terms. phtya reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
The phtya platform is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on this platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Additionally, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not been previously excluded or banned from the platform for any reason.
phtya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any remaining balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation, Security, and User Obligations
Each user may register only one account on phtya. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phtya will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to:
- Notify phtya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Not share your account credentials with any other person.
- Not allow third parties to use your account for betting, gaming, or any other purpose.
- Keep your registered contact information up to date.
phtya reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these obligations, shows signs of fraudulent activity, or is found to be associated with prohibited conduct.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Users of phtya are expected to engage with the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in ways not intended for regular use.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or loopholes in games or betting systems to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from phtya without written authorization.
- Interfering with the technical operation of the platform or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
phtya monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate suspected violations. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be voided.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on phtya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits can be made using supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and participating Philippine bank online transfer services. The available methods and any applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of transaction.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your phtya account come from a payment source registered in your own name. phtya does not accept third-party payments and reserves the right to return or withhold funds where the source cannot be verified.
Transaction processing times vary by payment method. While most e-wallet deposits are credited promptly, bank transfers may take longer depending on the financial institution. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
phtya is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or issues on the user's end, including insufficient funds or incorrect payment details entered by the user.
6. Limitation of Liability
phtya provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure reliable access and accurate information, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtya shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from user error, unauthorized account access, or misuse of the platform.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
- Disruptions in service caused by third-party systems, including payment processors, internet service providers, or device-level issues.
- Outcomes of any bet or game, as all results are determined by the applicable game or event logic.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property. All content on phtya, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, interface design, and game assets, is the property of phtya or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services. The platform may reference or display content from third-party game providers and payment services. phtya does not control the content, policies, or operations of these third parties and is not responsible for any issues arising from your interaction with them. Accessing third-party services is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to These Terms. phtya reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of phtya that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
